Business & Industry Leadership Team (BILT)
The Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT) is a collaboration between the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU), the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL), and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). The BILT conducts regular meetings with stakeholders to help align the state's energy efficiency (EE) efforts and building decarbonization (BD) goals by bolstering the state's workforce capacity within the sector.
