About This Course
This presentation describes goals and objectives of the New Construction Program (NCP), scheduled for launch in early 2025. As proposed, energy efficiency will be combined into a single program for new construction and major renovation projects. The program is designed to simplify the customer experience and application process for all new construction buildings, with a long-term goal of transforming the new construction market in New Jersey to one in which most new buildings will have “net zero” energy usage.
