Identify the energy efficiency workforce development needs in the state of New Jersey. Summarize what the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) is doing to support clean energy workforce development. Describe how the NJBPU will utilize the DOE IRA TREC (Training Residential Energy Contractors) program, including customizing curricula and certifications, prioritizing training, and providing support services.
