About This Course
The Streamline Pathway presents an efficient option for your upcoming new construction projects, offering a model that exceeds standard code requirements. Applicable to both residential and non-residential projects, this pathway utilizes specialized software called Sketchbox for building modeling. Projects that comply with specific modeling savings and measurement criteria can benefit from incentives of $0.50 per square foot, along with additional eligible bonuses.
